I enjoy extreme activities, such as sky diving and bungy jumping. The above image is of a recent sky dive on The Strand in Townsville, Queensland.
I also like to keep fit and active by performing 40 minute resistance exercises 4 days a week. The routine involves a resistance strap, various core exerces and and a spin-cycle.
Taking walks with my dogs, Max and Molly, is another favourite activity to take my mind off the day and enjoy their company.
